Worde Flow Grand Launch Giveaway – Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

2. SPONSOR

The Worde Flow Grand Launch Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Hallway Dash Development (“Sponsor”). This contest is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Google, Facebook, Meta, X, or any other third party.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.
If the entrant is under the age of majority in their country or state, they must have parental or guardian consent to participate.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) of the Sponsor are not eligible to win.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

4. CONTEST PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on March 15, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on March 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

Download the Worde Flow game from the App Store.
Play and achieve the highest possible score in one of the three categories:
- 3-letter words
- 4-letter words
- 5-letter words
Take a screenshot of their high score.
Submit the screenshot via [Submission Method: email, Google Form, social media, etc.] before the deadline.

⚠️ Limit one (1) entry per player per category. Players may enter in multiple categories, but only their highest score in each category will be considered.

6. PRIZES

The following prizes will be awarded to the highest-scoring players in each category:

🥇 $50 VISA Gift Card – Highest score in the 5-letter word category
🥈 $30 VISA Gift Card – Highest score in the 4-letter word category
🥉 $15 VISA Gift Card – Highest score in the 3-letter word category
🎖️ 3 Random Draws of $10 VISA Gift Cards for anyone who leaves a rating and review of the game (with a screenshot)

Prize Conditions:

The total prize pool is $125 USD.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize is unavailable.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winners will be determined based on the highest submitted score in each category.
Tiebreaker Rule: In the event of a tie, the player who submitted their score first will be the winner.
Winners will be announced on Friday, April 4, 2025 via Facebook and Instagram.
Winners will be contacted via direct message or email.
Claiming Prizes: Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond in time, their prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next highest scorer.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Fair Play: Any form of cheating, hacking, score manipulation, or exploiting game mechanics will result in immediate disqualification.
Technical Issues: The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical failures, human error, or any other reason.
Contest Modifications: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

By entering, participants agree that the Sponsor may collect and use their submitted scores, screenshots, and usernames for promotional purposes. No personal data will be shared, sold, or used for purposes unrelated to this Giveaway.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from:

Any technical failures affecting participation in the contest.
Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.
Any disputes or claims arising from their participation.

11. GOVERNING LAW

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
